Bournemouth Lifeguard Corps.
Hydration station.

This project will provide an external hydration station for volunteers at Bournemouth Lifeguard Corps. The addition will ensure easy access to water during shifts, helping to promote health, safety, and wellbeing.
It will also support a positive environment where volunteers feel cared for and able to perform at their best.

Chapman Barker NHS Unit.
A space to breathe.

The team at Chapman Barker will refresh the staffroom to create a calming, comfortable environment. With new seating, warm lighting, and thoughtful wellbeing additions, including blankets, mindfulness materials and books.
The space will provide a welcoming area for staff to rest, recharge, and promote relaxation.

This project will create a tranquil outdoor space where team members can reflect, decompress, and access mental health support after challenging incidents, with seating and calming natural features.
The area will provide a supportive environment that encourages rest and recovery following difficult and high-pressure workdays.

Team Wellbeing Days.

The team will deliver a series of wellbeing days for staff, including yoga, mindfulness, and team-building sessions. These activities will provide time to relax, recharge, and strengthen connections. The focus is on promoting positive mental health, reducing stress, and encouraging a supportive team culture within the workplace.

East Lynne Medical Centre.
The 30-Minute Escape: A Break Room Built for Heroes!

The team will transform the staff room into a calm and welcoming space where they can relax and reset. With comfortable seating, shared dining facilities, and wellbeing resources, including a Shiatsu massage chair. The refreshed space will support rest, connection, and positive mental health.

This project will replace a damaged pool table, providing staff with an activity to unwind and enjoy recreational time together. The pool table will encourage social interaction, teamwork, and relaxation during breaks, supporting positive mental health, stronger connections, and a more enjoyable environment in the workplace.

This project will update the kitchen facilities to create a brighter, more comfortable break space, while also providing opportunities for staff to relax and bond through wellbeing activities. With improved facilities and team days, including countryside walks and wellbeing trips, the focus is on encouraging staff to relax, bond, and recharge.

Ward 12, Withybush Hospital.
Moments of Calm.

Ward 12 will deliver a structured wellbeing initiative that encourages rest, relaxation, and connection. It includes the creation of a dedicated wellbeing space, individual wellbeing kits, and activities designed to strengthen peer support. The aim is to promote positive mental health, appreciation, and a supportive workplace culture.

The Haven Project will restore the Endoscopy break room into a calm, functional space where staff can rest and recharge. With improved seating, kitchen facilities, and uplifting décor, the refreshed environment will support relaxation, comfort, and connection, helping to promote wellbeing and a positive team atmosphere.

Millhill Surgery.

The team will, be offered a mix of wellbeing activities, including yoga, fitness sessions, and practical health workshops. Alongside a refreshed staffroom, the programme is designed to promote physical activity, share valuable wellbeing tips, and provide opportunities for staff to relax, recharge, and support their overall health.

This project will enhance the outdoor garden area with new seating, shelter, and calming plants, creating a welcoming space that can be enjoyed year-round. With improved accessibility and lighting, the garden will provide staff with a safe, inviting place to relax, connect, and support their wellbeing together.

Darenth Park Hospital.
Pharmacy Wellbeing Garden.

The creation of a peaceful garden space designed to support pharmacy staff wellbeing while also offering a pleasant view for patients and visitors overlooking the courtyard. With seating, planting, and gentle lighting, the garden will provide a calming environment that promotes relaxation, reflection, and a sense of tranquillity.

PSNI - Carrickfergus.

This dedicated wellbeing room is for the Occupational Health team, including nurses, psychologists, and physiotherapists. The space will offer a warm and welcoming environment where staff can decompress after supporting police trauma, connect with colleagues, promoting wellbeing and team cohesion.

This project will provide a mix of activities and resources to support staff wellbeing, including team-building days, yoga and mindfulness sessions. Alongside wellbeing materials, plants, and healthy refreshments, these initiatives aim to reduce stress, encourage positive lifestyle choices, and strengthen connections within the workplace.

This project will provide staff with regular opportunities to step away from daily pressures and take part in wellbeing activities. From yoga and Pilates to sound baths, walks, and wellbeing talks, these sessions will support mental health, relaxation, and connection, creating a culture that prioritises staff wellbeing.

RSt John Ambulance and Fall Assist Crews - Cymru.

This project will provide easy chairs for a dedicated wellbeing space at one of the hubs. The area will provide staff with a comfortable place to rest and decompress, while also fostering connections with colleagues, promoting relaxation, recovery, and positive well-being during and after shifts.

Velindre University NHS Trust.
Relax and Recharge Wellbeing Oasis.

The aim of this project is to create a dedicated area for relaxation and mental rejuvenation. With comfortable seating, calming décor, wellbeing resources, and a refreshment station, the space will offer staff a serene environment that supports rest, reduces stress, and encourages positive mental health.

Watersafe Uk Search and Rescue.

This initiative focuses on creating a mobile wellbeing and resilience hub for volunteers in Norfolk. With a gazebo, shelter, and essential welfare provisions such as hot and cold water, the hub will provide a supportive space that promotes rest, comfort, and positive mental health while on duty.
