Last week, we were delighted to welcome one of our Trustees, Katie Pavoni, to Blue Light Card HQ as part of their ongoing Inspire Sessions.

Katie brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to the Foundation. A registered Paramedic, Associate Professor, and Course Director for the BSc in Paramedic Science at City, St George’s, University of London, she is also a passionate advocate for mental health initiatives supporting trainee Paramedics.

During her session, Katie spoke openly and passionately about the importance of protecting the mental health of those entering the paramedic profession. She also reflected on her pride in serving as a Trustee of the Blue Light Card Foundation and supporting our mission to improve mental wellbeing across the Blue Light community.

Katie’s knowledge, insight, and commitment serve as a reminder of why our work in this space matters so much. We are proud to have her on our Board of Trustees and grateful for her continued dedication to improving support for those who dedicate their lives to keeping us safe.
