Mental health workshops and non-contact boxing sessions for social care staff
Supporting their psychological counselling service for the Blue Light community
Outdoor activities for the Blue Light community and their families
A nationwide Golf Skills Development programme for wounded veterans
24 hour sailing decompression initiative for NHS and the wider Blue Light community
Occupational health-led woodland days to support resilience and mental health
Supporting 10 day online breathing and cold water immersion courses for police officers and staff
Mental Health and wellbeing workshops for the Blue Light community
